Track to Send Eight Athletes to Indoor Nationals

Avery Parker will compete in the men's triple jump this weekend in Geneva, Ohio

BALDWIN CITY, Kan. – The Baker University men’s and women’s indoor track and field team will send eight athletes to this weekend’s 50th Annual Men’s and 35th Annual Women’s NAIA Indoor Track and Field National Championships in Geneva, Ohio at the SPIRE Institute from Mar. 5-7.

The five women’s athletes include Ty Sloan (60-meter hurdles), Paige Rockers (Triple Jump), Kendal Holloman (Pole Vault), Brenda McCollum (3000-meter race walk) and Caitlin Apollo (3000-meter race walk).

The three men’s athletes to compete this week for Baker include Tyson Robke (Heptathlon), Avery Parker (Triple Jump) and Josh Peck (Weight Throw).
