Baker Cross Country Earns Four Scholar-Athletes

Tyler Randall was one of four Wildcats to earn the 2015 NAIA Scholar-Athlete award from the men's xc team.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Baker University men’s cross country team earned four 2015 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete awards, announced by the national office.

The four Wildcats to earn the award include, senior Gunnar Hays and juniors Andrew Dare, Andrew Emmanuels and Tyler Randall.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved a junior academic status to qualify for this honor.
